Managing Director & Licensed Estate Agent David Ibrahim has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. He commenced his career in 1993 with owning and operating his first commercial property, a 21 Room Motel in Albury NSW for 4 years. Being from Melbourne he returned and managed a 19 Room Motel in St Kilda Melbourne. In 1998 David purchased and managed 51 serviced apartments in East Melbourne and also shortly after managed 40 serviced apartments for 3 and a half years, also in East Melbourne .
In May 2003 David commenced employment with Noel Jones Real Estate in Camberwell and gained a broad range of experience and knowledge within the residential property market.
David's professionalism, experience and superb negotiation skills have earned him the respect and client loyalty. As a commercial property freehold & leasehold owner, he has grasped a great understanding of the small business industry through-out Melbourne .
